Brightness: 4 Alt: 30° Description: Suprisingly faint. Diffuse. Irregularly round, diameter about 3'. Has an almost stellar (mag. 14) core. Faintly mottled outer parts, places of the brightenings difficult to confirm. NGC description includes 'r' meaning 'slightly resolved' which supports this observation.
