Weather: +6 °C, no Moon. Large areas of the sky covered with
clouds. 

Brightness: 4, 5 w/o f. Alt: 55°
Description: Very faint without a filter but easy if not bright
with O-III. Surrounds a mag. 12 star. There is another slightly
fainter star within it. Extends a bit more towards N to a
diameter of 2'. Quite concentrated near the star = NGC 6857. The
fainter nebulosity is the brightest region os Sh2-100. A few
stars were added to the drawing w/o filters. 

This object is NOT a planetary nebula though many older
catalogues list it as one.
