Brightness: 2, 2 Alt: Description: ngc 4754: PA 160°. Size 2'x1.7'. Quite strongly concentrated towards a mag. 13.5 stellar nucleus. ngc 4762: Size 8'x1.2'. A bit broader near the center but outer 'wings' really needle-like. Includes a mag 14 2:1 elliptical almost stellar nucleus. The brightest inner parts of the galaxy seems faintly mottled (stellar mag. 15 brightenings).
