I'am posting this message for an friend of mine who just have moved from one 
side of the Netherlands to the other side of the Netherlands.
He is an fanatic buggy kiter but on his location he hasnt met any buggy kiters.

So are there any buggy kiters that live close to Hoorn on rec.kites ?
