That said, you can go south to Ponce Inlet where we have had success in buggying, just be aware that it is illegal and if they stop you there don't argue (the cop can't change the law) just quit buggying. I usually keep a sharp look out for them, and when i see them i stop, get out of my buggy and pretend i'm just flying my kite. For a better place to buggy go north to crescent beach.
