Message-ID: <1992Oct14.005432.18792@news.Hawaii.Edu> Organization: Institute for Astronomy, Hawaii Date: Wed, 14 Oct 1992 00:54:32 GMT Hi flyers! I'm going to be travelling to Japan (Fuchinobe, at the Institute for Space & Astronautical Studies) and was wondering if anyone knew that area at all, and if I should bring my kite. (It won't fit in the small bags I'll be checking, so it would mean a carry-on.) I'll be there late-October -> late november. Is there good wind in that area? Parks in general where I could launch? I"ll probably just be taking my Spinoff...are there things/kites in Japan that would be worth shopping there for? Thanks for any info! -KD ^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^ Osborn's Law: "Variables won't; constants aren't; constraints don't" K. D.
