Subject: Kite-Skiing in Quebec City


	To all the kite-skiers, 

	During the "Carnaval de Quebec" (the Quebec City Winter 
Festival), on 02/10/96 and 02/11/96, there will be a "kite-skiing party". 
It will be in a park in the city of Quebec. 
	They are suppose to pack the snow with the same machinery they 
use in a ski station.

	The "Carnaval de Quebec" is *not* a kite festival, it's a regular 
winter festival.
