Subject: KITES AHOUY! IN PA PHILA

       

   Anyone located in the Philadelphia area in PA> There is a Kite
   Fesival at Fairmount Park 22nd to 23rd! I didn't see it mentioned 
   here and thought it my be good for others to hear about it .
                            I'm sure they are having a fun time as a 
   group of thunder showers have passed throuh the area to clear out
   soon -I hope! And it will be there on sunday.
                                            So somewhere in Fairmount 
   park they are going to take advantage of the good winds when they 
   get the predicted 10 to 20 mph winds.
