It seems that my first message about this subject has disappeared from the
rec.kites board, sooo... here it is again (in shortened form): We are
forming a new kite club for fliers (single- two- or four-line) in the
capital region of New York state.  We fly most weekends and provide
contacts with other fliers in this sparsely populated (by kitefliers)
