KiteFlight - kfd_101 availability

The demo version of KiteFlight, kfd 1.01, has been submitted to the rec.kites
archive sites. You may still find only the older version (0.45 and 0.51) in the 
archives today (Thursday) because the process of getting the file in the
archive was a bit more complicated than I had expected.

By now my poor files have circumnavigated the globe: I sent them (from Holland)
to Hawaii, and Kevin (the archivist in Hawaii) has forwarded them to Sven
in Germany (Sven manages the Simulation and Plans part of the archive). Sven's
site normally mirrors Hawaii, but for those parts of the archive, its the
other way around.

As of now, kfd_101.zip is on the German site (ftp.pc-labor.uni-bremen.de).
Hawaii (ftp.hawaii.edu) should have it by Monday at the latest (Kevin
synchronizes with Sven in the weekend, but said he might do so earlier).
