On 1 June 1994, Helmuth Insurance Company effected insurance
coverage in the amount of US$ 1 million for the officers, trustees,
and responsible officials of the Internet Society for general
liability coverage, including standards making activities.

Details of the insurance policy will be provided at the meeting.
