PydicomPlugin.lut_dense(colormap: ArrayLike, first_mapped: int = 0) → None[source]#

Set the given colormap as the image’s LUT.

Parameters:

colormapArrayLike: RGB(A) colormap as a 2D array of shape (N, 3) or (N, 4) with dtype uint8 or uint16 (up to 2**16 entries).
first_mappedint: Offset subtracted from stored pixel values before indexing the LUT.
