NTWN32.TXT - contains the same as NTWN32.ZIP, less the graphics,
and is significantly smaller. It contais a white paper titled
"The Windows 32-bit API: An Overview". This paper is intended to
explain how Microsoft is evolving Windows and is aimed at a professional
developer audience. It was given out at the Windows 3.1 Professional
Developer Conference held in Seattle, Aug 12th & 13th, 1991.
